The Swiss Leadership Forum focuses on the promotion of the competitiveness of the Swiss economy and regards itself as an important platform for executives and leaders. Each year the Swiss Leadership Forum presents an award for the best leadership project within the German-speaking territories. Award-winning projects must fulfil the following criteria:

On 6 November 2008, the jury of the Swiss Leadership Forum awarded first prize to the joint «Key Clinic Management» project between Helsana Krankenversicherung (health insurance company) and the University of St. Gallen.
